Goan Pork Solantulem, also known as pork amsol or pork binda sol, is a traditional Goan dish which is simple, tangy, and  has a  spicy flavour profile. This dish is popularly known for its  natural sweet-and-sour taste derived from one of its ingredient i.e. Kokum. The dish can be prepared with or without gravy and is beloved for its comforting qualities.
